At Everwell Health Supplies, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used continence products
  • Personal care items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
